TICKETS NOW ON SALE! CLICK HERE Where is the concert actually held? The concert is held on Lytham Green, East Beach, Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire. You can view a map here Will there be enough toilets? Yes! Since 2010 we have trebled the toilet facilities to cope with demand. We have also distributed the toilets in different areas to make it easier to access. Where do I buy tickets? In advance of the concert you can buy tickets from our various ticket outlets, please visit our ticket information page. From the 1st August tickets will be available from the on-site Box Office open 9am - 6pm (and until 8pm on concert nights) or by phoning 0844 880 6614. Please note we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets on the day. Please check our Twitter page for up to date information. What time does the concert start and finish? Gates open at 6pm, with the concert concluding at approximately 10.30pm. For the full line up please click here How do I get to the concert? A road closure will be in place on the day of the concerts on the Promenade from 4pm - 11pm. Travel details for Public Transport can be obtained from the Lancashire Travel website by clicking here. This year you will have the oppurtunity to purchase a car parking ticket in addition to your concert ticket. Car parking will be available on the Green adjacent to the concert arena, getting you as close as possible. Only customers with a car parking pass will be allowed onto the Promenade area from 4pm. The car parks open at 4pm on the day of the concert. Once you are in the concert we are operating a NO READMISSION POLICY so please make sure you have everything with you before entering the site. Where do I park? In 2011 we are offering the oppurtunity to purchase a car parking ticket in addition to your concert ticket. Car parking will be available on the Green adjacent to the concert arena, getting you as close as possible. Only customers with a car parking pass will be allowed onto the Promenade area from 4pm. The car parks open at 2pm on the day of the concert. A special Disabled area will be available in the car park. Please see disabled information below. Where do I sit / what does the number on my ticket mean? Tickets for the concert have been sold as general admission (except VIP tickets) or Grandstand Seating. General Admission means that there is no set or allocated place to sit, just turn up and sit where you want! Chairs and seating are NOT PROVIDED for Katherine Jenkins, so please bring your own seating. NO FURNITURE OR GLASS IS PERMITTED FOR STATUS QUO or BOYZONE. Grandstand Seating is allocated seating within the concert arena raised above the main audience, offering the very best view of the stage. KATHERINE JENKINS - SATURDAY 6TH AUGUST 2011 - Can I bring my own gazebo / tables / windbreaks? Gazebo's will have to be pitched along the perimeter fence so not to spoil anyone else's view. There is no booking system for this, this will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and co-ordinated by our on-site marshals. You are welcome to bring tables and windbreaks of a reasonable size. Remember we have to fit 5000 people on 'The Green' so patrons taking up excessive room will be asked to remove items causing an obstruction to the view. SATUS QUO - FRIDAY 5TH AUGUST & BOYZONE - SUNDAY 7THE AUGUST 2011 - Can I bring my own gazebo / tables / windbreaks? FURNITURE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR STATUS QUO or BOYZONE. Can I Bring my own food and drink? Food and drink is permitted on the Saturday of Katherine but unfortunately is not permitted on either the Friday or Sunday, when Status Quo and Boyzone perform. There is however a number of outlets who will be serving hot and cold food and an onsite bar, with a range of drinks from draft beers to wines and spirits. Can I have a BBQ? Due to safety requirements BBQ's are not permitted. What other facilities will I find on site? VIP Concert Restaurant; Licensed Bar; Pre-booked Marquee for Corporate Hospitality; Disabled Car Parking; Toilets Disabled Information In 2011 there will be a dedicated disabled viewing area and car park adjacent to the concert area. Please ensure that you have a current Blue Badge in order to access the VIP / Disabled Car Park. Disabled tickets must be booked with the Event Organisers Cuffe & Taylor Event Management on 01253 720550. Please note that this number is only for Disabled bookings only. |
